At Wellbeing with Jodie my mission is to help people reconnect with themselves through yoga and natural therapies, of the mind and body, for a healthy, balanced life.
I believe in creating a safe space for all to discover and experience the benefits of yoga and supporting you in your path to wellbeing.

Yoga is an all-encompassing practice that looks after your mind as well as your body. It allows you to recharge in a safe, relaxing way.

I passionately believe that the benefits that yoga brings to mental and physical wellbeing are available to everyone at any age in any space. My regular practice has been, and continues to be, invaluable to me. It helps me release stress from my body and mind and improves my sleep. Knowledge of yoga, and other natural therapies, helped me navigate through the pressures of a corporate world and find my oasis and peace within.
At the start of 2020, after teaching yoga part time for 5 years, I decided to dedicate myself full time to help others realise their full potential, find balance and to reconnect with themselves through yoga and natural therapies of the mind and body. At Wellbeing with Jodie I help others discover a path of physical and mental wellbeing, with practical steps to achieve balance and improve their health, so they can flourish and thrive.
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga4Health Teacher
I am passionate about inspiring others to bring themselves back into balance and be connected to their true selves
My inspiration is nature and all the living beings on our beautiful planet. Trees and the sea have a special place in my heart
