One to Ones I offer one to one yoga sessions tailored to your individual needs
Corporate For businesses, I offer yoga classes to improve the health and well being of teams for either regular sessions or team events.
Enjoy all the benefits of yoga for anyone with limited mobility, limited space or in the office. Chair yoga uses poses adapted to use the support of a chair for either all or some of the class.

Yoga4Health is a 10 week programme, commissioned by the NHS, for anyone suffering from stress, anxiety or depression, social isolation, needing to lose weight, improve heart health, reduce risk of Type 2 diabetes or just need help to feel well, healthy and supported.
The two hour sessions include breathing practices, mindfulness, relaxation and gentle yoga in a chair or on a mat. On joining you receive a manual and access to online videos. Join the programme by self-referral or referral from a GP/Health Professional. www.yogainhealthcarealliance.com

Yoga4Health Adapted for Busy Professionals
This programme of one hour sessions is based on the Yoga4Health programme and have been created so that busy professionals can also gain access to the tools and benefits of the programme.
One to One Sessions
One to one sessions can be for yoga, chair yoga or a combination of the two. Following a conversation about your requirements I create a plan tailored to you. These sessions can take place in your own home - either inside or, if the weather is kind and you want to, in your garden. I bring mats and any other props such as a yoga block or yoga belt if required. The sessions can include all of the elements breathing, yoga poses and relaxation. The duration of each element adapted for you.
